I'm making this tomorrow minus the fresh pasta! I'm doing low carb so I have to use my low carb pasta :( but I bought ground sausage, whole fresh mushrooms, and sauce on a whim at the grocery store tonight and this was the first thing that came up when looking for a recipe. The point of the show is to show how easy this stuff actually is to do. As long as you’re willing to spend the time cooking isn’t nearly as hard as it looks. Baking though… that’s a different story👀
