I am unable to get good quality photos with my 15PM. When I zoom into 5X, sometimes it uses its main camera, the quality gets worse. But even with 5X telephoto lens, it just takes portraits less than 3mb size that has lot of noise when I zoom in, compared to 13pM which can take portraits with more than 5mb, with 3X telephoto. I am disappointed with my 15PM. How is it possible everyone getting good photos with there 5X lens. Almost like dslr. But when I take, lot of noise when I zoom in.
Is there a good telephoto lenses accessory , that could go even further out than 5x ? I’m trying to find one , so that I can take pictures of the birds in the trees 🌳
@ShootSmartphone I know samsuns 10x lens is lower quality, it's only 10mp at f/4.9, but I would love to see how well it compares with the longer focal length. Just if you do try it, make sure to use the expert raw app or the pro mode because the normal camera app sometimes doesn't switch to the 10x lens until you hit 20 or 30x if it thinks the 3x lens will give a cleaner photo. Also, while you're at it, I would love to see how the main lens performs. I have an S21 Ultra, but I don't know how much of an improvement the 200mp sensor would be, especially due to the tiny smartphone aperture. The 108mp mode definitely does have more detail than the normal 12mp binned mode, but it is clearly struggled to achieve the full resolution in most conditions. I wonder how the 50mp mode is on the S23U, thoughmay be better binned.

This is a good reminder that even the mighty iPhone has its limits in low light and still requires a gimbal to maintain that 4K resolution.

Best 5x Telelens in low light is the Tele of Pixel 8 Pros.
