Just finished this. I used M6-1.0 nut and 1/4” x 1-1/4” fender washer and it worked great. The flange nut that is on the other studs also fits. So you could take one of those off to show your Ford parts dealer, if you wanted to get some official ones. The one’s I used works great though. Definitely needed. Three of my plastic clips were not connected and were tapping on the stud at higher speeds, causing the noise.

Yeah we see it all the time here, the noise travels and is often mistaken for a different source. Those plastic clips are junk
