#ArijitSingh #India #Reaction
Laal Ishq should be on your reaction list! Possibly one of my favorites from Arijit! You can almost fall into a trance while listening to it. Both Laal Ishq and Aayat give this feeling of serenity
Binte Dil
Aayat, Laal Ishaq, Aaj Ibadat ❤️❤️❤️
Yes
Phir Le Aya Dil
Yes full song...❤️❤️laal ishqqq
Not only do we watch your reaction, but we learn more about music and acoustic arrangements thanks to you guys. Only Music reaction channel where we learn also interesting things about Music itself.
Yeah so far i was watching movies and listening to music as part of it , never giving attention to singers or to the music creators.
Tristan paredas does the same thing but he doesn't react to anything new.
True man
Most of the songs sung by these playback singers like Arijit, Lata, Shreya Ghoshal are just sung by them. We have lyricists who write the words - Gulzar, Javed Akhtar etc and then the arrangements are done by a third person - maybe an AR Rahman. All this to fit into the storyline and situation. So this is truly a team effort by all extremely talented people - famous in their own right
Absolutely but also arijit is a very skilled composer as well he arranges the songs himself for his concerts
yeah it fits the situation so much because bajirao definitely converted and was memorizing the versus of that book... smh
@@thehawkseye3412 okay 😂 weird conclusion
Next lyrical video with similar vibes, highly recommend:
Kalank Title track
Laal Ishq
Aaj Ibaadat
Ek dil ek jaan ++
These are some beautiful songs
Binte dil too
Laal ishq plssss
Laal Ishq should be on top... my favourite song ever....❤️❤️❤️❤️
The music director of this film is Sanjay Leela Bhansali. He has created masterpieces , and Arijit has sung quite a few of those . Aayat is one . Binte Dil is another masterpiece. Even Laal Ishq .
The movie is also directed by him. He creates songs by himself for his movies.
A Bollywood special would be great with the popular soundtracks from artist like A.R Rahman, Arijit , Shreya Goshal, Atif Aslam, Sonu Nigam and more
Arijit*, Shreya
Bro *Rahman not Raghman!
Why not asha bhosle, lata mangeshkar, gita Dutt, mohd Rafi, manna Dey, kishore kumar and mukesh , salil Chowdhury, rd burman, sd burman and more. 😳😳
Qqqqqqqqqqq
So you just listed out every singer you know
Now it's time for LAL ISQH ,ek Dil hai ek jaan hai, aaja ibadat ,kalank title track.
Beautiful songs of Arijit Singh ❤️
Hey we have same pfp 😆
"Bollywood" is the name the West has applied to the Indian Film Industry. It is a compound of the words *Bombay* (now, after decolonization, renamed Mumbai), because it is India's largest source for movies, and the name *Hollywood.*
In the West the term Bollywood is usually used in a pejorative, diminishing, patronizing, and an amused manner.
It is also, incorrectly, used to indicate the whole of the Indian film industry.
The term "Bollywood" in fact refers only to one of several regional, lingual, film industries in India.
"Bollywood" is based in the mega-city of Mumbai on the west coast, in the Indian state called Maharashtra. Yet, it is filmed in Hindi, the most widely spoken Indian language, which originates from India's largest state Utter Pradesh, which covers most of the north-central region.
Mumbai/Bollywood in fact does produce the largest number of movies in India, actually more films than Hollywood. Together with the other Indian regional film industries, like Mollywood, Tollywood, Kollywood, etc., India produces about twice as many films as Hollywood every year.
thanks bro very informative
And many people don't like the term "bollywood". They just like to refer it as indian film industry
It is not applied by west. It is all started because people in bombay started calling it bollywood.
@@RiyaAdvani7 not Indian film industry per se but rather call it North Indian/ Hindi Film industry, the south doesn't want to associate itself with those garbages.
@@user-rg3cc1jm5w it's still indian. No one cares🤦♀️
"Bollywood" has many great movies. It's the people who won't watch the movies which doesn't have star cast. I've seen great movies where actors aren't that famous n thus it's a flop. Personally, I don't watch south movies cause the action sequences are hilarious & unrealistic. My fav genre is action. So I can't handle it. So I don't think "bollywood" wants to be associated with that either. 🙄
And I'm not even from the north. I'm from the east.
Welcome to the world of Sanjay Leela Bansali 💜 Pure magic . Mystical feels✨
maybe i m wrong, BUT most of the songs you heard in live performances they are arranged very different from studio versions.
Arijit Singh suckzz in live versions... He does need autotunes
@@tony-pc4kd Lol you are delusional if you think Arijit needs autotune. He is strictly against autotune. Moreover his live performance is far better than other Indian and foreign singers.
@@tony-pc4kd Your name quite frankly suggest whose fan you might be

You should check out the song deewani mastani from the same movie bajirao mastani. It was sang by shreya ghoshal and the video is epic.
Yessss plz.....♥️♥️♥️
Mohe rang do laal
Yes
The chorus part does hark back to some of the Coke studio performances because of those backing vocals in the style called Qawwali, which is a South Asian Islamic tradition of music.
islam doesn't have any tradition of music. Music is haram in Islam. These are borrowed and modified from indian or south asian classics
@@shivam6113 exactly. And people who practice music in Islam are considered impious and having loose moral character.
@@shivam6113 it is in Arabic and even Afghan cultures. But South Asian Sufi movement brought about changes and embraced music. That’s why there is music performed in dargahs. Songs like Mast Qalandar and Chaap Tilak are a testament to that. And yes, there is a heavy use of Hindustani classical in it. Btw, South Asia has one of the largest Muslim populations so obviously they perform South Asian music.
@@aamentalukdar9371 I completely agree! PS i am indian.. Hindutva indians always intertwine culture, and music with Religion.
@@dhitikabarua1779 no one is interwining music with religion. He said what's written in their books and he just said that that music is drawn and heavily influenced from Indian classical.
In this movie shreya did a song too "dewaani mastani" That's a masterpiece
with video
react to deewani mastani from the same movie!! also listen to laal ishq and the video somg for ek dil ek jaan since it shows clips on the beautiful movie and shows you some of the beautiful culture!
Yes
This man called "Arijit Singh" has immense hold over classical techniques. That makes his versatility unmatched. Shankar Mahadevan (a musical maestro from India) entitles him with "The most Versatile Artist". You gotta agree to that for sure at once, if you ever listen to Arijit-SEL latest track named "Luv ju" from a bollywood film. Arijit alone ate three distinct genres in that song itself: Hip-Hop, Filmi Pop, Sufi Style namely. He changes his vocal texture throughout the song as if he's changing his clothes xD.
Love all your reactions!
If you wish to, pls react to above latest Arijit Singh track "Luv Ju". Apart from vocals, the instrumental arrangement is damn cool in that song.

The Arijit singh :- King of versatile singer with Soulful voice 🤩🔥😌
Always.....original music here in India ..always far better than live once ....rare cases may exists... 👍👍
You should definitely do a Bollywood special. Latinos usually like it. On a different note, you will be amazed at how similar some of the soap operas are (in the melodrama etc.). :)
Another song with similar vibes from Arijit is 'Laal Ishq' (Red love - red being the colour of love) from the movie Ram-Leela which is a modern day adaptation of Romeo and Juliet. Here's the link

I love the way you embrace and appreciate Indian Music and the details.... Keep it up
Let me add my 2 cents here to put things in perspective on how you should look at Indian music - at least the classical and the derivatives out of it (Indian movies do get inspired by classical and try to fuse it with modern arrangement forming sort of fusion). The basic purpose of Indian music is not just to be pleasing to the ears, but to penetrate your soul and stir emotions within you. This may be a combination of one or more of raag, melody, lyrics and composition / arrangements. You might witness soul stirring music from performances with just a vocalist and one or two accompanying instruments like a percussion (tabla / mridangam) and string (violin / sitar / sarod) instruments. That is to say it is not essential to have enormous number of musical accompaniments and gimmickry to call in a musical show. That is why there are ragas that were created dedicated for certain occasions, weather or emotions. Essence is not only how the musician and instruments communicate with each other, but also how the musicians are able to communicate to the souls of the audience. The musical frequencies then becomes just the techniques to accomplish that purpose. If I may expand this further, Vedas are ancient texts of India dated over 1500 BCE or earlier (no one knows exact), primarily in language Sanskrit, considered as one of precise language. They contain hymns which are sung in specific way, mostly altering between low and high frequencies. Some sections have also touch based on the subject of music, dance and other art forms. There are research taking place on the effect of sound waves from chanting Vedas and Indian classical music and it is agreed that these vibrations generally tend to reduce the anxiety levels by the way in which they interact with brain Neurons. In fact the use is experimented in calming down aggressive mental health patients in hospitals. Here is link to one such research paper in studying how it helps in a patient going through a medical procedure. You can google for several such references.

Next react to the music of East India. East India consists the states Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, Assam. Every state has their own culture and music. In just my state Bengal there is many genres of music such as Baul, Ramprasadi, Bishnupuri Classical, Kirtan, Shyama Sangeet, Rabindra Sangeet, Nazrul Geeti, Dwijendrageeti, Prabhat Samgiita, Agamani-Vijaya, Patua Sangeet, Gambhira, Bhatiali, Bhawaiya, Bengali Rock. And there is Odishi music, Bihu songs from Assam is a good taste.
Love from India ❤️
"Sanjay leela bhansali" was the director as well as the music director/composer for the movie... He himself creates music for his movies, and usually the music is very different and most of the song consist some type of folkloric influence....
I love Arijit Bollywood songs! His BW studio version >>>> his live performances. More reactions on Bollywood songs.
Please react to music videos from now on. Live performances are good but your viewers would love to see you enjoying the videos as well
Totally agree.....
There needs to be a Feature Friday featuring Bollywood Music Videos. There's plenty of songs which are rich, soulful and the visuals really tie things up because Indian music is more about emoting than literal meaning.

Guys, its time you check out Indian folk metal. Bloodywood is an Indian folk metal band from New Delhi, India. They started out as a parody band making metal parody covers of popular bollywood and western music including Despacito and Linkin Park with Karan Katiyar (lead guitar) and Jayant Bhadula (growl/lead vocals in Punjabi and Hindi). Later, Raoul Kerr joined in as rapper and lyricist and they started making their own original music once they found their sound. Their songs mostly have messages behind them. They performed at Wacken Open Air (Mecca of Metal) in 2019.
Anyways, you can start with 'Machi Bhasad'.

Please react to “kanada raja pandharicha” song by Mahesh kale…
This was the most beautiful song ( all songs of this movie are amazing) of the movie-" Bajirao Mastani"...which is the tragic love story of Maratha King Bajirao and princess Mastani. It's worth watching! It was hugely popular in India and definitely has beautiful cinematography.
You’re right about the studio versions having extra effort. The main reason for that is because unlike the west most of these songs are part of a movie, so they try to make them more cinematic, whole and very intricate compared to live versions where they improvise and switch things up.
I love this song. Arijit's voice is so sweet with that classical vibe. The ending blew my mind. He improvises with this scale run thing, and then it ends.
I'd really wish you to react to

As I have already informed u guys earlier as well, no singer in the world could match the class of Arijit Singh. However when you watch any of the historical movies of Bollywood you come to know the real talent of all the Indian people. The Music Director is one of my favorites of Bollywood Music Directors Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Finally Thank you .. check out more Arijit’s studio songs.. you’ll be amazed.

"Clearly! They had swords and fire... We have torch now" 😂😂😂 ROFL
You guys don't have idea how much you resonate with Indian people. Lots of love for your analysis.♥️
She does not die there ,she just got hurt 😊 you can watch this movie beautiful movie with beautiful sound tracks and amazing acting
The course by the group of people in the song is called "Qawali". In India songs are mainly part of the movies. The lyrics, music etc is prepared after discussing the whole movie and the situation in which this song will be played and also know about actors on whom the song will be played. So it is for singer and his/her versatility to adopt to the overall situation.
Watch the movieeeeee!!!! It's such a great piece of cinematography and you'll appreciate the music all the more while watching the movie since you're going to see the context of the songs. Always love both of your takes on the music, I'm learning with you ❤️
Composer in bollywood are also great singers
I love how it brings awareness to the love we have for the Quran, memorizing it, uttering verses more than 5 times a day, and thikr (wetting the tongue with utterances of praise to the Creator) you don't have to be Muslim to understand ♥️♥️♥️
She didn't die in the last shots. It's more like a start of their relationship
The movie is a period drama called Bajirao Mastaani, you guys should watch it, it's freaking beautiful. And every song in the movie is transcendental.
i'm completely obsessed with that glitter eyeshadow, can't take my eyes off
