    I appreciate that Dr. Chiu 邱 takes a measured view on dieting and exercise. Unlike many other professionals of this field, he advocates a balanced approach and does not promote specific diet or cutting out any food groups. I also really like the chef, his dishes are more creative and approachable than the other usual guest chef. Hope to see this chef more often on this show.

    節制晚餐份量, 晚餐後不能再吃零食。每天運動, 多動少吃; 養成習慣了就成自然。

    正常吃,高中時53 公斤,20多年後52公斤…….在美國這裡買童裝
    可省不少錢,拿去捐錢給浪浪吧
