I’ve just re started running after a few years break. Just on my second running week, knees killing me as older 55 & heavier. This foam roller stretch helped.
just found this and absolutly love it, i find it hard to stretch my legs. and with workouts and running them can get pretty tight. and ive never found a video that has worked but this one ticks all the boxes xx thanks for your fab videos x
Fave'd. I've got a knobby dense foam roller (PurAthletics) and it's pretty intense stretching my quads on it but love this video and found it way more easy to control when I propped my elbows up on a yoga block while rolling.
You knew we needed this after that leg workout you released! 🔥 This is great!! Btw, I love your freckles! I have freckles too and people often cover them up. 💕

May I ask which foam roller you best recommend? I have had a Hamstring tear/knot for about a month. I've also had 9 back surgeries. I would like a roller to suit all areas ie. lumbar, cervical, hamstring. Something to work deep tissue, but not so rough to cause extra pain. Thank you in advance for your suggestions, and the great workouts.
Do you stop and hold on the tight painful spots or just roll them out? How many weeks until you feel less pain? Great video btw very slow and easy to follow thank you for being so helpful. The foam roll is the simplest equipment so many, like me, have no idea how to use it right.
