    I bought a foam roller when I saw this video in July calendar. Now I'm in love with it. Could you please do another streching video with foam roller? Maybe back and neck? I don't trust other people on the internet :) Thank you so much!

    This was absolutely fantastic and I use the roller after I’ve done the stretching exercise that you posted and I feel amazing considering that I train six days a week with all your videos you are just absolutely utterly amazing thank you so much for existing cxx

I can’t tell you how many videos I see where the person speeds up the activity and I have to keep rewinding to make sure my form is good. I just subscribed!

    I want to cry, the pain of a foam roller (when you hit a really tight bit) reminds me of getting hit by a paint ball gun😭😭 worth it tho

    I’ve just re started running after a few years break. Just on my second running week, knees killing me as older 55 & heavier. This foam roller stretch helped.

    just found this and absolutly love it, i find it hard to stretch my legs. and with workouts and running them can get pretty tight. and ive never found a video that has worked but this one ticks all the boxes xx thanks for your fab videos x

    Fave'd. I've got a knobby dense foam roller (PurAthletics) and it's pretty intense stretching my quads on it but love this video and found it way more easy to control when I propped my elbows up on a yoga block while rolling.

    Thanks for the video. Only been foam rolling for the past month but thanks to this video I did my shins, thighs and IT band for the first time ever. Absolutely agony but I’m sure over time the benefits will be reaped

    May I ask which foam roller you best recommend? I have had a Hamstring tear/knot for about a month. I've also had 9 back surgeries. I would like a roller to suit all areas ie. lumbar, cervical, hamstring. Something to work deep tissue, but not so rough to cause extra pain. Thank you in advance for your suggestions, and the great workouts.

    Do you stop and hold on the tight painful spots or just roll them out? How many weeks until you feel less pain? Great video btw very slow and easy to follow thank you for being so helpful. The foam roll is the simplest equipment so many, like me, have no idea how to use it right.
