    I would cook the eggs last in a well in the rice. . Otherwise solid.

      Bigger would definitely be better. I can get by with this one but more real estate would make it much easier to cook everything at once instead of sometimes having to segment the cook. Thanks for the comment Johnny!!!

    Good looking fried rice Mike! The blackstone is great for it. I always like watching the rice jump when it's on the griddle. Gotta have some spice on it for sure. Awesome job brother!

    Excellent simple & looked great. Sure makes me want to do this soon. Problem is it is only 8 degrees out here in Michigan. The presentation on the plate was also fantastic. I think I know how you did it though. Pack it in bowl & then turn bowl upside down on plate?

    Mike great great great, this is a regular around here so many combos with left overs we have Cajun, Mexican, Chinese, anything goes. We change up with leftover pastas. So versatile 👌👌👍

      Lol great try, it does look like watermelon. It's actually Diet Cranberry Ginger Ale, made by Canada Dry. I love it!!!
