Hi! Thank you for your videos. I was searching for CIPD level 3 and you popped up. I'm starting from no direct HR experience and thinking about starting the level 3 qualification. Your videos will definitely help me 😊
Hi Alisha, I love your videos. I’ve been watching since last year to help me begin my career in HR. I am a new graduate with a little experience. Any advice on how to get an entry level HR job with little experience like administrator/assistant roles. I have had no luck so far, I feel very confident in my interviews and feel like I have put my best foot forward but keep getting rejections because of much more experienced candidates.
Hi Tamera, thank you! I am glad the videos have been helping😊 One piece of advice that I would recommend is making sure you have prepared some challenging questions to ask at the end of your interviews which make the interviewer think. This will allow you to come across as someone who is really interested and engaged in the organisation and the interviewers thoughts about their experience at the company which can help you gain a deeper insight but will also allow you to stand out from other candidates, espically if the questions are unique. I asked some of these questions at the end of an interview I did last year, hope this helps ruclips.net/user/shorts4K3RX3_Gyxo?feature=share
