Wow, so many details inside, that's insane! I love the soft colours and all the different angles on the outside too. Must have been an interesting build! Can't wait to see it placed in the city.
This is such an awesome moc. I think this might be my favorite rebrickable mode you’ve reviewed! Just SO detailed and clean, and uses such cool building techniques 👌👌
Wow this is so impressive. The façade is extremely detailed, and the interior is well furnished. Even the side walls look great! Thanks for presenting this rebrickable model, it really is a sight for sore eyes! Can't wait to see it placed in the city :)
That Rebrickable alternate build Pub for the Corner Garage set has got to be the most amazing one I’ve seen thus far. This Jazz Cafe is a very close second! Almost makes me want to go procure a second Assembly Square set before it is retired so I can build this one without having to compromise the one I have! lol
The execution is flawless. I think if I tried to MOC something new from another set, it would be uninspired or mediocre at best. Being restricted to a specific part list is a challenge for sure. Kudos to the designer and thanks for sharing this build with us!
Thank you so much for posting this incredibly amazing modular! The details are so cool! I can imagine that organizing the bricks before building is a absolute necessity. FYI the 3 wheeled car is a Morgan. Now I am frustrated because with so many new sets coming out in August my Lego budget will be shot. I personally have only done small ALT builds but because of your brilliant review, I am sold! Another great review Jordan.
My favourite parts of this set are the little car as it does look like a very old European car from back in the day, and i like the micro builds of Assembly Square and Tower Bridge those are really cool
Bricksie is so supportive of the AFOL community wow. Guy has a discord for us (membership), and constantly advertises and gives shoutouts to the creators on rebrickable!
ok after watching the whole vid: I *adore* this and really hope it makes its way into Brickmonton. I like this so much more than the inverted corner, and wow that interior is amazing
Excellent review and Alt build….Great work! Really impressive exterior, Nice touch with the micro build TB and AS. Not sure about the black table on the black floor but overall a top addition to any Lego city.
This would look amazing next to brick bank. I have assembly square an havent built it an this is tempting as Brick bank was the first set I got (wife actually surprised me with it) when I got back into Lego as an adult.
I don’t remember when you had that really cool LEGO city. I started watching your videos when you finished building the condominiums. That was the generation after the intro clip. I didn’t know the generation before you had a perimeter city
I'll be honest. I really am torn about these Rebrickables for some of these Modular sets. When designing a building, being restricted to a certain number and type of bricks seems to mess with the quality of the final build. The shape of the building is nice but I just feel like the clearly defined lines of the overall design are somewhat lost on this particular Rebrickable. I seem to end up with the same opinion on most Rebrickable modular sets as well. In this particular build the walls just don't seem like they get their color across very clearly, and the details just feel too noisy like there are just too many open edges that seem noisy. Too much white trim hides the paint color of the floor itself...in short, it's supposed to be TRIM, not an entire Second color! Bricksie, you know I love ya, but i am not a fan of this build. It just doesn't look like what I think of when I consider a proper building with good lines, but hey, don't let me stop anyones appreciation of it, It's not Horrible! It's obvious that the creator has talent, perhaps something to be refined a bit more on this build, but I also haven't seen his others. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes, and for me, this one obviously falls under a dislike for me. A great video showcasing the build though, as always the great quality of content that I've come to expect from our Bricksie! Also, Hello Mrs.Bricksie and Little Twin Bricksies! I hope yall are well!
@@Bricksie I'll try by parting out on Bricklink to get the pieces, don't need instructions as they available online and i know where to get the minifigs
European architecture pre Ww2 was really uplifting and beautiful. It is as if they want to make building s that crush the soul and destroy the landscape now.
This is one of my least favorite alternate builds. In fact, it's the first and only modular building so far that I didn't complete out of frustration...
What an amazing alt build. I admire those who can create such things.
The details of this alternate build are insane. The designer did a beautiful job.

Inside the cafe was so detailed great job 👍👍

This is one of the best alt builds ever!
This is so cool and realistic. I love the details on it and is probably one of my favorite alt build

I have an unbuilt Assembly square, and I am thinking of doing this instead. Thanks for the showcase Bricksie!

So much better than the inverted corner!! Great addition! 👍
I have this in my city. Brilliant work by the designer!

This is really nice and modern..perfect for custom city builds (it also gives me grand emporium vibes)
This is so cool! This should be our 2022 modular building
Great build. I like all the features. Thinking of doing it with my assembly square.
As a jazzmusician and Lego fan (and Bricksie fan:)), this is awesome!!
Really like this alt build, one of the better ones, lots of detail inside and outside, will look great in your city, yet another great video
Great review of an amazing alt build. I plan on making this one myself. Now I really can't wait!
Great build..

Looks really good. It will make a great addition to the downtown area.
thats so dope first i think
I love the details
Me too!!!
Funny, here we are with the newest modular building being the Jazz Club

Great review!! Very informative. The design of this set is awesome, lots of details.
Wow, I need one.
I just picked this set up today and now I am seriously considering this over the intended build....ahhh....which one do you like more dude?
I don’t remember when you had that really cool LEGO city. I started watching your videos when you finished building the condominiums. That was the generation after the intro clip. I didn’t know the generation before you had a perimeter city
The fact that Bricksie didn’t also include a placement in this video leads me to think he has completely changed the city again! 😅
Yay! I've been waiting for this
This is so cool and so detailed it would be perfect in the Lego room!! And that is what you cool ART!!!👌👌🤩🤩
Awesome build!!!!

I actually prefer it to the official build 😱🤣
Could you review assembly square?
Nice build
It would be cool if LEGO hires this guy and they can come up with a new Modular that is also a 3in1 so you have alternative Modular builds..
This is so cool!
That’s insane
Awesome build 👍
My neighbour has a Morgan 3 Wheeler car like that!
my heart still haven't recover from inverted corner music club couldn't fit in bricksie city!
You should build a airport
Does it use only parts from the set or do you need some extra different parts
so...a smaller building with 741 less parts!!!!...how is that BETTER?
Hello bricksie how about car alternative builds?
Looks Amazing. Better use of the $100 this time 🤣
cool!
That’s cool!
Nice
Btw i called the toystore where they had the simpsons house. Turns out it was sold for Christmas 😭
Oh no! Hopefully you can find another one.

2:25??? bricksie you a robot ???
I think is a new modular :(
can you please show you putting it in the city, like if you agree
The set just looks a bit too messy for me. There is just to much going on. And way too many visble studs
