Definitely your best modular expansion project so far! I think it's because you limited it to 48 studs. Oftentimes, working within constraints results in a better finished product
ok idea , the new trainstation that was built. if u move that house with the blue roof away and put carpark thats onfront of the jazz club there that would make sences, coz parking car before getting on the train, and then that opens up the space onfront of the club for something more eyecathing coz the carpark looks kinda flat where it is at the moment , just a suggestion :)
Doubled up this looks FANTASTIC..when I was building the original I thought 'this is not wide enough' you were 100% spot on in choosing it for you next 'double up' GREAT JOB!
One funny thing, just by seeing its first pictures over the internet, I could swear this set was 1.5 baseplate like Assembly Square, the Jazz Club would be on full baseplace, and the pizzeria would be on half one. Then I counted the studs. And now you actually made it as I saw it! Very nice work!
Amazing job Jordan!! One thing that I would have done if I were you is find a way on the front of the building to use the additional "Jazz Club" printed tiles. Maybe make it a triangular sign? That would take it from being AMAZING to SPECTACULAR! Always look forward to these videos though!
This looks so good! I have been thinking about expanding the Jazz Club to a full baseplate and the pizzeria to a half baseplate, but I think the proportions on your version are perfect, and keeping them connected solves the issues like the staircase and roof access. Now I want to build this version instead!
In my opinion an excellent MOC using two of set no 10312. I like the way that you made the footprint 48 x 32 keeping everything with sensible proportions. Without an existing model design with a parts list it makes a lot of sense to procure two sets, do a little maths and design work and just build from the parts at hand.
This is SO INCREDIBLE!!! I love all the additional space and new touches you’ve added! It feels so much more realistic and custom! I’m not normally one to leave suggestions because I’m firmly in the camp of this is your city and yours to do with what you want… but if you moved those two tables in front of the pizzeria just a couple spaces into the walkway it would feel just a little more natural. If you extend the tiling pattern a bit you could reclaim some of the needed light gray tile too! Just a thought you didn’t ask for! Take it or leave it! Either way, INCREDIBLE JOB buddy!
The changes in depth from the club to pizzeria looks so good! I already liked your double police station, but could really be further upgraded setting back the adjacent donut shop and city press.
I love what you're doing with the modulars Awesome job with this one, it looks incredible, the best one yet You should add more chairs in the jazz club Lego should make bigger modulars like this more
you should do a double sided jazz club sign so it could be viewed from both directions of the street, also, where else are you going to use those printed tiles?
I did a similar expansion, but to 47 studs wide to fit in my shelving. I also expanded the stage and used the piano from the moving van kit. The Light My Bricks lighting kit for this set looks fantastic as well.
Love your double Modular videos. This Jazz Club looks fantastic. I’ve done the same doubling to a few of the earlier Modulars. Wanted to do it to all of them but very behind.
It looks fabulous! Your donut shop inspired me to order parts to make a donut shop based on what you did and that pizza shop is gonna do the same thing. Your creativity and uplifting attitude are inspiring. And all those parts look like good parts to have on hand! Thanks for the sharing your work!
Doubled up jazz club looks very nice. As you were working on the pizza shop it made me remember a place in my neighbor that has upstairs seating at the pizza shop.
Loving your work. It would be wicked to have a walk way, or even an infinity pool of sorts between two skyscrapers, spanning over the road several floors up. Next level stuff for sure, but if anyone can do it you can. Smashing the awesome content as always man.
Im getting this set for Christmas itll ve my first ever modular building set and im am so exited as i can now finally start my dream lego modular street after years and this is just a masterpiece of a building
It definitely looks better like that. Awesome job 🎉. You should use the leftover jazzclub printed tiles to advertise the club somewhere else in the city
I would love to expand just the pizzeria by half a baseplate for my city, and then I could pair it how I want with no problems, which is right next to the bakery side of assembly square. I think the colors and height for both builds on those sides go great together.
I have a small idea to the tailer, beside the sewingmachine, he should have some fabrick layed out on the table to messure/cut. You could use a printed piece for that
That double-up looks great! I'd vote for an extra floor for the Jazz Club, just to get the proportions lookin' nice - but I love it! Pizzeria gets the space it deserves too!
Just a lil OCD point, but I believe there is a 1x1 red brick missing from the corner right above the right "live music all night sign". Great build btw! I love your city😍
Okay, I'm kinda deciding on the Jazz Club or one of the many retiring modulars retiring this year or even waiting to see what the 2024 modular will be since I'm most likely going to the store in Disney later this year. What do you think? Awesome work on this expansion.
Nice I got extra masonry.dark red brick s. With my moduler s I like to keep them oridganal .as it was but all so like to add little extra touch s to. So it will still look same ..not Shaw what extra touch s I add to it. But I only be yousing one set .it looks good with the extra window s .one thing yeah it. Needs more table 👍😉👌💥. .
The jazz club feels a bit too big but the pizzeria is perfect in this mod. I don't like how they make tiny building by the side of the main building, like in the police station. I wish they would stick to one building, unless the other is really well integrated and looks like 2 in 1 rather than different buildings side by side.
This is my favourite doubled up modular set so far. I love it. The pizzeria is so much better than the original. Great work, Bricksie
Definitely your best modular expansion project so far! I think it's because you limited it to 48 studs. Oftentimes, working within constraints results in a better finished product
I have to say, the jazz club looks soo much better now. You did an amazing job
This came out fantastic!
This looks great. I have had multiple reservations about you other doubles (not that it matters, keep it up), but this one is the best
0:01 ow! Really spacious space, fantastic Lego city.
Amazing!!♥

It looks so good! It looks like that’s the way it should’ve been from the start

Or use it on another building as an advert sign with a big arrow pointing around the corner to the jazz club.
Looks awesome! Great job!

I love it, looks the best of all of them that you have oversized.
The changes in depth from the club to pizzeria looks so good! I already liked your double police station, but could really be further upgraded setting back the adjacent donut shop and city press.
You should do the palace cinema at some point, I think it would look great doubled up.
Agreed! There are rebrickable models that make it look more like grauman’s Chinese theatre
@@stewiegriffin4 I have seen some videos of two sets made into one, they look very good!
I think it looks even better doubled up
I love what you're doing with the modulars
Awesome job with this one, it looks incredible, the best one yet
You should add more chairs in the jazz club
Lego should make bigger modulars like this more
One word can describe these upgrades. Beautiful 👏
Perfect modular to expand. Gives both areas a little more breathing room and looks fantastic!
Love love love this upgrade! The pizza/tailor shop deserved thus version. Would be amazing to see this lighted up someday.
I think it looks great! You are so talented!
you should do a double sided jazz club sign so it could be viewed from both directions of the street, also, where else are you going to use those printed tiles?
It is a bolt of fabric and mannequins in the taylors studio/workshop. The size increase of 50% was enough I think looks great.
Looks amazing! You did a great job. I definitely love the extra windows.
it turned out great! very nice build

This is your best modular building doubling!
That doubled up Jazz club (OK, x1.5) looks REALLY good! Well done!
Awesome job! Thanks for sharing. I like how you explain your process.
It looks fabulous! Your donut shop inspired me to order parts to make a donut shop based on what you did and that pizza shop is gonna do the same thing. Your creativity and uplifting attitude are inspiring. And all those parts look like good parts to have on hand! Thanks for the sharing your work!
I love the buildings you have “fixed” they look much better .tfs

Those sewing machines look like the old Singer sewing machines!!! I swear, The LEGO group is so clever with their Easter Egg integration.
I would like to see a larger hole to look down on the band in stead of a larger office. But wow what an improvement on the outside of the building!
These upgrades are Fantastic 🎉!
awesome video jordan the jazz club looks amazing great job
I love the way it looks now.🎉
i think this one is the best out of the three
Very nice build!!!!!
Im getting this set for Christmas itll ve my first ever modular building set and im am so exited as i can now finally start my dream lego modular street after years and this is just a masterpiece of a building
The best one yet
Good job, it looks nice.
Another great upgrade to the city. Keep Brickin.
Looks amazing
This looks so good. The pizzaria is perfect
I was expecting it was a bit more complicated. Great job!
It definitely looks better like that. Awesome job 🎉. You should use the leftover jazzclub printed tiles to advertise the club somewhere else in the city
The new Jazz Club looks amazing. Better than the original. Great video
I definitely prefer original modulars, but you do a great job expanding them!
I would love to expand just the pizzeria by half a baseplate for my city, and then I could pair it how I want with no problems, which is right next to the bakery side of assembly square. I think the colors and height for both builds on those sides go great together.
Maybe put a picture on the wall in the pizzeria? You can make a small custom art 🖼️ mosaic or something. Looking great!
I would've closed off the pizzeria with the jazz club but I see why you kept it the same👍
You could make the Jazz club sign into a triangular shape so that it shows down the street instead of just across the street.
Woo hoo Bricksie's a Cubs fan now! Best video intro ever!
I have a small idea to the tailer, beside the sewingmachine, he should have some fabrick layed out on the table to messure/cut. You could use a printed piece for that
It all looks great. 🎉

good work Jordan
The amount of excitement I get when I see Jordan post another video is crazy 😂
Looks great! I’ve seen someone put the bar at the walk through of the pizzeria. Order your drinks and food at the same place.
Looks great!!!
It looks good!
Okay, I'm kinda deciding on the Jazz Club or one of the many retiring modulars retiring this year or even waiting to see what the 2024 modular will be since I'm most likely going to the store in Disney later this year. What do you think? Awesome work on this expansion.
I would get the boutique hotel or the police station, I’m still not a fan of the colors of the Jazzclub myself
Get one of the retiring ones.
@@rebelnili I have built all three and appreciate each for it's individuality.
The pizza shop building looks so much better now ❤
Love it ❤
Looks good 👍🏻
Oooooo another bricksie!! I couldn’t ask for a better morning routine 😚
Will you ever be expanding or creating an Arctic expedition area?
@7:25 Bolt of fabric. ;)
First
I wanna see you try and double the sanctum sanctorum if you’re willing for the challenge 😁
Nice I got extra masonry.dark red brick s. With my moduler s I like to keep them oridganal .as it was but all so like to add little extra touch s to. Great great work. Looks beautiful. Did you use extra parts or is it all 2 sets and nothing additional?
Still trying to find the time to finish building my Jazz Club since buying it Day one of the moving truck promo lol
I like it!
Hello Bricksie..do you have a list of parts you used as extra? Just to know maybe is better just to add those instead of buying a second set. Thanks.
The jazz club feels a bit too big but the pizzeria is perfect in this mod. I don't like how they make tiny building by the side of the main building, like in the police station. I wish I had the money to double up my new Disney Castle and give it a back and the proper amount of towers the real one has
gd job double size
Love the vids but does he use extra pieces from his inventory for the expansion?
You need to do the sanctum
Bolts of fabric, and dress mannequins or dress forms. :)
I'm generally not a fan of the expanded modulars, but this one is great! It looks so natural and I'm tempted to do it myself.
I just got Thatcher set and im probobly going to do That to
You forgot the 2nd squirrel and its nest!
I just want one
I did the same when it came out.
I´ve also added an additional floor to the pizzaria. Look at my rebrickable page, maybe you like that idea also.
Sorry I’m late, this looks amazing
Bro looks baked af in the thumbnail
Double assembly square?
they are tailors dummies in the tailor's workroom that is the name you were trying to think of bricksie.
Cool
“I love it when a plan comes together!” Seriously it’s such a great feeling when the math works out on these expansions.
I prefer taller than wider
HOW IS YOUR HOUSE SO BIG??!!!!
