I have HP deskjet 802 clogged black cartridge. I tried ur 7 ways of opening clogged cartridge. It became unclog but now its saying the cartridge have been damaged or failed. Is there any way to solve this problem??

It's a special foam that have to release the ink, not hold it. Better to buy it, if you don't find the sponge for you model you can buy another model and cut it

I opned an old dried canon 210XL cartridge and rinsed the sponge very well and then filled it back with ink but the nozzles cannot be unclogged..What is thesolution ? I have4 dried cartridges i would like to restor.

Hi,
I've seen in many videos that for like these 304/305 black cartridges only about 3 mL of black ink is needed to refill them. Judging by how big that sponge is that seems a bit too low. Maybe this would apply for the tricolor cartridges (3 mL/sponge) but not for the black ones. Or am I wrong ? 🤔😕🙄😞

Yes it could retain more ink but an used sponge may not retain too much ink

is it possible to add homemade ink into these types of cartridges? would you have to put in new sponges for it to work and would the printer actually print? testing for a project thanks !

What is homemade ink? If the color is the same, no need to change the spinge

Peoples says after of 3 to 4 times in refilling and its head gets damage . Is it true ? Or it just gets jam by ink ?
And how Ink tank cartridge Head survive that long ?

Yes it's possible that after 3-4 or even less refill the print-head get clogged or damaged
