Blessed to have born in progressive Maharashtra. I used to also wonder why migrants come and crowd our cities but one day simple common Auto divert told me the flight simple people face in UP and Bihar, and after that and stood the perspective. I’m glad second and third generation North Indian speak as good Marathi as anybody. We are after all Indians.Route out corruption and such politicians, please.

Same people don't talk about how extreme caste politics in Rajasthan is. Caste unity via Hindutva (Sanatanatva) would be able to unite these castes together in a way that neither side politicians have been able to do. Crime and lawlessness is horrible in Rajasthan because of the lack of caste community unity. Let's bring back a Hindutva focus on these states.
I agree with you brother and I myself is supporting BJP today the reason is we know that we need to grow and be united in the name of our dharma, but this is also a fact that the people still today in Bihar do "backward-forward". The people belonging to the so called forward caste still show that they are superior by demeaning the others and that's a fact. So, the so called "forward people" are also responsible for today's disparity as they were at all the important positions including the political, social and bureaucratic positions. Thank god that today's generation is growing up above caste and getting united in the name of Sanatan but the older generations still try to put that caste feeling in the current generations.
Casteism is sanctioned by the Dharma. You cannot have Dharma without division based on caste. It's one on one free package. The people who want to unit all castes of Hindu Dharma are the same people who want their children to marry within caste. All those who want to unite Hindu Dharma should marry lower caste people for the sake of the nation. Aur agar nahi ho sakta to rehne dete hai. Fir hum divided hi sahi hai...

In ShrimadBhagwadGeeta, Bhagwan has said, "चातुर्वर्ण्यं मया सृष्टं गुणकर्मविभागशः", so it was Varna-vyavastha which people started to misinterpret for their vested interests and that's why our country was suffering from 1000 years foreign rule.

I definitely not support what happened during Lalu's reign but the entire blame cannot be put on him. Something might be happening since 50 years after independence as well. The people who ruled during those 50 years are also responsible. Fortunately today's generation is coming out of this casteism but the older generations are still responsible for injecting the caste feeling in the younger generation.

Downfall of Bihar not started with Lalu. It was from before because of yhe caste discrimination. They make Lalu responsible as he was the one who destroyed the supremacy of higher caste. I have seen steepest closer of industries during 1991 to 93 . 90% of labourers seen in other parts of India have migrated during 1991 to 2000.
My small town seen closer of at least 20 industries and all the workers went to Punjab & Haryana .
Land reform is very difficult as land pieces are their only possession that give them some respect....these land pieces too are getting smaller with family division.
I had to leave Bihar in 2005 as there was no job for Drs ( not a single doctor was recruited from 1989 till 2007).
Some woke people easily get offended when these things done by any foreigners in their countries, when it's come to India OHOoo racism not exist in India if they called u bihari, momos, kalua etc. Etc. it's their love it's not racism

Not a fan of Lalu Yadav, and I think he is the major reason for Bihar underdevelopment but you should never speak unless you know anything about that state. To sum up what happened during Lalu's regime in short:
1. Forward class ke log backward class ke log ke ghar me ghus ke kuch bhi karte the.
2. Watch Ravish Kumar's video where a backward class person sits on the ground; this was the reality.
3. Yadavs form around 15% of the caste in Bihar and are the majority, but still, since they belong to OBC, unko koi izzat nahi milti thi bade caste se. To the extent that my great grandfather could not sit in front of Brahmins and Rajputs.
**Post Lalu Yadav:**
Lalu came to power and uplifted Yadavs and other backward classes. How?
1. Party me aane ke baad, Lalu ne sabko support diya, kisi se darna nahi, jo hoga dekh lenge. Since tumhare jaat ka government hai, tumko support rahega, in crux.
**What happened?**
Yadavs and other backward castes started retaliating.
Understand Jo community itne dashko se Dara hua hai and could not do anything when upper caste did all sorts of violence,rape,land grabbing,....agar us samaj ko ek neta CM me hai aur usko support hai ki case hoga toh bhi bacha denge ...what will the community think of .''REVENGE'' nothing else, not education, not development aur khuch bhi nhi..
1 goli ka jawab pura khandan khatam karne tak pahunch gaya. 1 Yadav ko marne ke badle log saare upper caste ko marne lage. Kuch log isme bahubali bane, kuch log crime karne lage, and so on and so forth.
To understand Bihar and UP at the ground level, you have to go back to the 1900s and understand that caste aur politics Bihar ke khoon me hai.
Unless you have lived in the remote parts of Bihar and UP and have encountered caste discrimination you will read through books but won't be able to feel what happened.
I am not trying to glorify anything but telling you what exactly happened in Bihar and UP during lalu yadav and mulayam singh yadav.
