Interviewer is quite an immature person. Not allowing to answer fully and interrupting a lot. However, Anilji was quite eloquent , clear in thoughts. Great to have such officers
Yes, that is true
Yeah bro..thats true..
Time limitation!!! He has limited time and needs to cover as many topics as possible in that limited time, so no he is not an immature person, there is also a high possibility that the video has gone through a lot of editing and many questions and answers could have been skipped to shorten the video
True 😂😂

Anil Swaroop Sir is very honest, excellent orator & genius administrator. When he was giving his example as Secretary Horticulture in UP, my father used to be Director Horticulture then & my father being very honest, used to have very nice relation with him. Thanks for getting him in your podcast Raj.

It's good work to call IAS officer and share his view on government
This is what his disastrous term as the school education secretary was all about. Ab idhar aakar chapulsi kar rahe hain Modi ki:
""The School Education Secretary Has A Lot To Answer For
He must come forward and explain all that has gone wrong under his leadership even as his terms ends
The term of Anil Swarup, School Education Secretary, Government of India, is drawing to a close. We wish him all the very best in his next undertaking. However, at this juncture, one needs to revisit the highlights of his inglorious term which saw an incessant flow of fiascos in the school examinations, assessments and entrance examinations conducted by the Central Board for Secondary Education (CBSE). It is also disconcerting that the CBSE, which is meant to be an autonomous body, is increasingly becoming an extended arm of the Union Human Resources Development Ministry (MHRD).

So happy to listen to Mr. Anil Swarup. We had no occasion to hear an IAS officer of higher rank about their work culture, problems they face. Thank you Anil Sir. Now I have to search for your book and read it.

Salute to Aniljee. So long one maintain honesty integrity and ready to serve the Nation in positive mindset he only can keep his head high in all situations. Politicians get control on officers who failed to maintain honesty and integrity in true values forgetting that thousands eyes are watching the officers 24x7 hours to find out his weaknesses in any direction.
Real heroes of nation....... Hats off to such knowledgeable administrator
He is very good open minded person...hat's off to you sir..IAS officers like him to spread everywhere in India
In my view Anil Swaroop ji has been state forward ,bold government public servant. Its good video report with interview along with a different person of beaurocratic domain.

No daily basis corruption is happening in any district without support from IAS ips
Mastermind is your MP + MLA 🤡
@@akshay_personaBullshit, IAS are solely responsible for corruption at the higher level, no MP, MLA has any say in how much a tehsildar or a DM charges for clearing payments to contractors or for issuing contracts, at least MP, MLAs are controlled by public with voting happening every 5 years, no one controls these IAS, IPS!

A strategically planned episode to shed light on the current government. Let's avoid becoming like traditional media. While it's beneficial to have IAS officers, it's crucial to ensure they are honest and have experience working with various party CMs. Consider featuring 2-3 podcasts with officers who have worked with CMs from different national parties. Otherwise, this may seem like a subtle PR move for the ruling party, especially with the detailed questioning about the PM's meetings.
