It's a live-time real-time workout. Her interval beeps signal your next move. Starts with a 10 sec pause then while she is showing you the first move (in this vid it's plank jump up/push up) you should be during your cardio of choice (high knees, jogging in place, skipping rope). Then while she does cardio (in this vid it's high knees) you do the move she showed you. The theory is you are working out together the whole time and she is showing you her moves in advance so you can go right to it.

I don't have an equalizer either and don't have the burn vids. Which kinds of moves are they?
