I'm amazed at how few men I see posting. Are men doing this outside of a few. As a former high level Division 1 college athlete in 2 sports these workouts are kick_ _ _! I love hiit and working put with Lisa. It's completely easy to modify and add higher weights for someone who wants it. As a teacher, dad if 2 young girls, and a husband I love that I can give max effort save time and get a nice afterburner effect in time to pick my girls up from school and daycare and have the night with them with my workout done. Don't feel the need to do multiple in a day but I can always adjust and do that at any time. You are a blessing Lisa! Men, this is not "for women ".

After a week and a half of doing these workouts combined with my zumba and yoga classes twice a week I've already seen a huge improvement in my strength and I have lost noticeable inches on my waist. I'm so excited! I get so intimidated by the weights at my gym and I knew I needed to start toning instead of just cardio. These videos are always the best.
This is the only exercise routine I've been able to stick with since gaining thirty pounds two years ago. I have hated looking in the mirror every day since then, but now I'm seeing hope when I look at the ever-changing me. Thank you so much for doing that for me!

Awesome workout as always! With skipping i wasn't fast, seriously slow infact so i changed it up to high knees and damn that brings the sweat on! I do 4 hiit workouts a week 3x freeletics and 3x running (8-14 miles) but this is so exhausting and fantastic! No where will you find a partner like you Lisa! Keep it up and can't wait for the next season

Recovering from being bedridden due to heart illness so trying to get muscle strength back up and just helped SO much hearing you say even if you just get one rep in as long as you're giving 100% :) 😃💪💦
I love your exercises so much, I want to burn body fat but I can' t perform any of them because I have lumbar spondylosis. Could you please show me some exercise for my health condition ?
Avril Tormey im not a fittness trainer but i am going thru some weightloss changes, and yes you can do one per day. i agree that Lisa's workouts are the best types of workouts for fat loss, the more you lift the more you destroy fat off your body. even if its only 15mins a day, 4 times a week. you should see gtreat results by month 1 as long as you eat clean and cheat very little.
