When I was growing up and going to the middle east every now and then, I'd get so excited watching the ice cream parlor making the booza. I love this and it seems really cool, but I always have trouble understanding how businesses like this make money, like, how much stretchy ice cream you gotta sell to make enough to buy $3000 buckets of vanilla, all the other hundreds of ingredients they use. Pay the bills, pay employees. I'm sure it works because here they are but jeez depending on how expensive it is they probably sell a crap load of ice cream 😂
