A brilliant and illuminating conversation. Many thanks, Cardinal Czerny
He is brilliant...typical Jesuit sense of humour
Thanks 👍
Thanks
Thank you! What a joy!
America always interviewing the coolest bishops and cardinals.
A bit of a snooze. Michael says some good stuff - however - he is not an energetic or inspiring speaker. Fortunately he is a superb organizer, can see challenges and sets about addressing these challeges in a manner that brings into lived reality sustainable life with dignity for all God's creation. Nice tid-bits to dig out of this interview.
Why does a priest get jumped up to a Cardinal after been consecrated a bishop for plus minus two weeks?
It was not even plus minus two weeks. He was a bishop for a day. The next day he was created cardinal.
Also - as far as listen listen listen - that is inconsistent with dialogue. Dialogue is about creating a flow between at least two 'logic systems' or 'logos'. Not impressed.
What's wrong with being a Jesuit and a cardinal? There were several, Marini and Foster Dulles son, Avery Dulles who was raised from priest to cardinal.
This cardinal is papabili for 3years after which he turns 80.
Maybe they can get better presenters?
