Can't say I ever heard of this one! Yes, perhaps I am living under a rock a little, but I am glad I popped out to get some fresh air, because this synth looks VERY capable. Some great, phat and warm sounds and appears to be quite versatile. Definitely not a one trick pony with all the different sounds this appears to be able to make. Thanks for sharing this!

You are most welcome and I am glad I was able to put you onto this. You are right, it is an extremely capable synth and definitely versatile. There isn't much you couldn't make with this synth and I challenge anyone to try and make a sound that is bad with this thing!

@@maxpecas2 hehe, well I try and not over saturate myself with too much software and too many plugins, as it gives me options anxiety. I tend to just stick with what I know, but surprises like these are nice too!

    • @STRANJAH
      @STRANJAH  26 дней назад

There is definitely nothing wrong with that approach either. Often times we all make the mistake of taking on too much software and assume that we are being held back by a lack of software, or how the 'next big thing' is exactly what you need to make music. Truth be told, this is actually a distraction and it hinders us from being creative. MANY incredible tracks were made on a fraction of what we have available to us today. Everyone has to decide what works for them and stick with it, regardless of what it is, or how old it is. In risking contradicting myself, once in a while see what is out there and what may improve your workflow, just be sure to not allow yourself to get carried away with it all!

I have a killer system that dominates everything under the sun so when something doesn’t scream for me, I know it’s the plugin. I imagine Current 2 has more optimization in store over the coming year and then it’ll be up there with all of its competitors in no time.

Definitely. The great thing about software, is the ability to have them updated and made more efficient over time, even with newly added features. System updates to the OS, drivers and motherboard BIOS can also come into play, which also helps.
