Pair 2 wireless earphones with either your PC, TV , Smartphone or Tablet (They need to all have headphones jacks)

I don't see why not if you have a headphone jack splitter, but you're probably gonna experience some audio quality loss or lag.

The ones from "Fenguru" or "Wooeasy"?

The fenguru one is the emx500s. The wooeasy is the former version, the emx500 (without "s"). The emx500s has better sq (better highs, wider soundstage, nice vocals). I've read (on hifi forums) that is "like vido on steroids" and the best sub 20$ budphone. Those are quite popular amongst the community (a lot more than the vido's or the monks).
