I remember watching a 15 minute video on Bluetooth and still walking away confused. Somehow your much shorter video was both more entertaining and informative, well done!
Nice analogies. I’m an EE and was involved in developing a BT radio during its infancy in 1999. There is a LOT of science behind the technology (or any wireless technology) that just can’t be covered in a brief video.
This video helped me explain why whenever someone uses Bluetooth while I'm listening to radio, it goes badly on my end due to the radio wave interference. A lot of noise, surprisingly. Wild!
Didn't even mention one of the craziest things about bluetooth: each phase of the wave can encode a different bit, meaning the top and bottom of the waveform aren't symmetrical but independent of eachother. This doubles the bitrate of the signal and manages not to skyrocket the fault rate enormously, which is truly some Nordic magic.
I never gave a thought to it. And I used to think Bluetooth was an ancient-fashioned tech. Now I know how amazing this technology is. Thanks for the easy explanation.

This was a very good video. I am an electrical engineer specifically working in signal processing and communication waveforms. Sometimes my job has me solve insane problems. Bluetooth is just the start. However it gets more complicated when you are talking to one moving object or two moving objects at insane speeds with high noise. Cell phone towers also can be very interesting but what is probably the most interesting is communication with space systems. Again you did a great job of explaining very simple concepts of digital communications.

On a day to day basis I don't think much about it, but when I see video's like these it's such a crazy idea that the man who invented all of this is literally my colleague. I just take for granted that everything works the way it does but video's like these really make me respect the people with the brains, patience and the effort they've put in to invent technologies like this.
What I found more magical is the fact that noise cancellation has little to do with the grips on your headphones... was blown away when i first turned it on and off.
I could be wrong about this, but I believe noise cancellation is done by the headphones emitting a specific frequency that negates or lessens outside noise.
You could find out more by just ChatGPTing, this video isnt impressive. Quick cuts, info found on the internet, and a good mic and everyone feels the need to praise the content creator as if he discovered fire. Youre a sheep
3:15 what if they scan every channel, wouldn't they just need to piece them all together from that point? Also, how long is that sequence? If they hop frequencies 1600 times a second then how do they have a sequence of channels that long? Does it just generate a longer one on the fly or does it loop the existing one?
Wish professors in college could have explained the whole of soence like this. Instead of making every subject so damn boring ... Well done on this fantastic production 💪
To be fair, this is an extremely basic introduction and doesn't cover any of the math or physics you'd need to know to understand how it actually works.
Yes if college had 3 minute and 50 second long classes, I’m certain you’d find it to br very amusing. Of course half an hour to an hour long courses have much more markers to go over and cannot be bogged down with jokes, gags and editing. Develop patience and a curious mind

We’re OGs now I suppose
This video is so good! It explained everything so accurately and well, how does it only have 400 views!!
It has 151,000 now 😅
i thought i gonna watch this video and not understand anything, but it seems pretty easy. you did a good job
I just stumbled upon this video at random, and after quickly binging every video you’ve uploaded at this point, I can say you are easily one of the most entertaining science channels I’ve seen in a long time. Keep up the good work ❤
i genuinely wish every piece of knowledge i hear or see throughout my life were presented in this exact form
Watched this on 1.5x speed with realizing and in retrospect it felt like it added to the effect
I just found out something cool
When he said “subscribe” in the end
The subscribe button actually glew for a moment 😮
Dawg you speak nonsense and throw me to pit after singing me a lullaby song 0:10
This gave me “boogaloo bogaa, ahem. I have to go to work. HEHEHSHHEHE” vibe
On a day to day basis I don't think much about it, but when I see video's like these it's such a crazy idea that the man who invented all of this is literally my colleague. I just take for granted that everything works the way it does but video's like these really make me respect the people with the brains, patience and the effort they've put in to invent technologies like this.
Very well-explained and entertaining as well! Also, this has to be one of the fastest-growing channels I've ever seen. Keep doing what you're doing!
Only true men listen to Shakira
Thank you!! For someone who barely understands stuff as complicated as this, this was a perfect dumbed down explanation
What I found more magical is the fact that noise cancellation has little to do with the grips on your headphones... was blown away when i first turned it on and off.
I could be wrong about this, but I believe noise cancellation is done by the headphones emitting a specific frequency that negates or lessens outside noise.
watched like under 30 seconds and instantly subscribed (can't remember the last time I've done that)
this is some quality content my friend
Thank you :D
I'm surprised at the amount of information you provided in just 4 minutes considering you explained it from the beginning, just wow
0:30 it’s actually 380 to 780 nm on average
🤓
☝️🤓
this was impeccable. seriously insane work you did here. 4 years of a comp eng degree and I still learned something new lmao
Your uni has failed you
You could find out more by just ChatGPTing, this video isnt impressive.

Right, my thoughts were also that the interceptor could just also pick up the sequence list. And then follow every hop.
@@Elefantdomi I'm pretty sure the sequence would be hidden from other people by the encryption, but yeah they could just camp on each channel.
this is crazy

Wish professors in college could have explained the whole of soence like this. Instead of making every subject so damn boring ... Well done on this fantastic production 💪
To be fair, this is an extremely basic introduction and doesn't cover any of the math or physics you'd need to know to understand how it actually works.
Yes if college had 3 minute and 50 second long classes, I’m certain you’d find it to br very amusing.
Of course half an hour to an hour long courses have much more markers to go over and cannot be bogged down with jokes, gags and editing.
Develop patience and a curious mind
I'm sure your college professors did not make their first mistake not even 30 seconds into the lecture tho 🤔
I WAS LITTERALLY WONDERING ABIUT THIS LIKE AN HOUR AGO HOW
How does magnetic field exists and what is it🙂
Everything within the universe has a charge
When its charged by a magnet. Its charged north or south
When you place the object down. It is attracted to a pole
That means north or south
It has a area of "attraction" that is its "field"
1:15 you will begin to cough in 4 days
You have a really neat way of explaining things. I like it! Subscribed!
I think this guy likes Shakira
01:16 💀💀💀

What an amazing and simple way to tell such a concept!
I was really happy when I learnt the perfect way to describe light: Light ain't this, or even this....your eyes are actually blind to other wavelengths except this....loved how you were able to potray the dual nature and more of the light through this statement
