Why use circular saw with low speed and wrong feeding direction !! Using nail remover will make PCB size stretch under wet condtion . This will weak some trakes and lage components with small footprint didn't fit . Finaly you must remove ink after etching becouse the ink and paper fibers containt acid even if you wash with water . This acid after dayes will make copper oxid and destroid you efforts . Thank you and go a head
