Help please, I am running into an issue where sections on the board just refuse to etch, the etchant removes most of the parts but there are some areas that refuse to come off
Use 300 grid sandpaper so that the blue film adheres well. because when the roughness on the PCB is thin because you used thin sand paper, the Blue film will not stick even if your PCB is still very clean, you need to roughen it completely. use 300 grid paper.
Ano o paano po ninyo nagawa yung ganyang pag print ng layout baliktad yung walang copper island yung na pprint para kapag na expose sa uv led maiiwan yung pinaka mismong layout.

Anu gamit mo sabon? Kasi kung hndi siya natunaw sa Sabon malamang over exposure ka sa UV light ibig sabihin lahat ng blue film is naging plastic na. Na manipis dahil sa over exposure try mo kayurin ang film matigas nayan dapat malambot payan after ng exposure
@@diyelectronics5375 Tide po ung gamit ko. 20 - 25 sec ko din po ineexpose sa uv light. natunaw na po ung film kaso parang di dumidikit sa pcb, napuputol or naalis po ung iba lines ng design. Plantsa po ung gamit ko dahil wala pa ako laminator. Sinunod ko po ung steps sa vid nu po.

It's depends you watts of LED UV light you need more experiments to do this what exactly time to expose to UV light
130 degrees is the ideal temperature to attach the film to the copper?
I don't think so but in my laminated machine is in between yellow and green area
How you remove stuf from it to solder on pads?
Use lacquer tiner and soak aftet 2 min

are you printing that on normal white paper?
Yes ordinary A4 paper

Use adobe photo shop edit by inverted settings
How you determined exposing time plz give mi answer fast
i do trial and error until i got the exact time exposure. 20 or 30 sec depend of watts of UV LED
