    HOW TO REVERSE SEAR STEAK with board sauce

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED
    - 2 Two Inch Thick Ribeye Steaks
    - Postal Barbecue MAD COW Rub (or your favourite BBQ Rub)
    - Olive Oil
    BOARD SUACE
    - 1 Bunch of Flat Leaf Parsley
    - 3-5 Cloves of garlic (Minced)
    - 1 Shallot (Minced)
    - 1 tbs Fresh Chopped Rosemary
    - 1 Sprig of Thyme
    - 1 tbs Red Wine Vinegar
    - 1/4 cup Olive Oil
    - 4 pads of butter (two per Ribeye)
    - Mad Cow Rub to taste
