The camera doesn't stop the car immediately as you look away. It gives you a few seconds of leeway for instances when you move your eyes and head to check your mirrors and your blind spots. It only takes action if you look away from the road for a few seconds.
So, Nissan had one of (if not THE BEST) advertisement campaigns for this car. They had an animation of a woman driving on the highway (think of it as a gif) and there was a ton of mellow music playing. I think they went live on RUclips and just played that type of music. I genuinely sat down on my couch listening to it in the background. It made me want one, and I don’t even like EV’s. I’m gonna try and test drive one this week.
I remember ,like literally everyone, when $60k was like double what you expected to ever pay. Now they've normalized it and we're still getting paid the same. Stop enabling the system.
