As a foreigner watching, India is blessed with abundant array of delicious foods and snacks, no need for those chainstore outlet foods or junk food. Makes us jealous and hungry for natural food. God Bless this abundance and may the world learn to eat traditional natural food. Delicious

The Golden Rule with eating a Thali is not to waste food. Don't put more on your plate than you can consume! Upcountry in places like Indore the Restaurant may even fine you for leaving food on the Thali! Undhiyu is really a fabulous dish! Best eaten in Surat!
You should have used Raga Mand or something similar as the background music because this was food from Rajasthan and Gujarat area, instead of Raga Hamsa Dhwani, a predominantly Carnatic raga. And the lady in the background...well she has received more comments than the food itself! 😀
Kunal sir, requests you to please revisit your phrase "Most of the Rajasthan is arid and dry". I think Rajasthan have rivers, dams, lakes, reservoirs, water bodies & baavri etc. and they use water very efficiently.

Khakhra papad ni churi is also common in Gujarat. Same with Papad sabzi especially in arid areas of Saurashra and Kutch even North Gujarat. Dhokli Nu shaak is similar to Pithoda ro saag, gotta is similar to shrada. Historically Gujarat and Rajasthan were same before 17th century.

Kunalji we went to this place after seeing your lovely expression and mouth watering reactions. However, we did not fine the food that greats. Both thali Gujarati & Rajasthani were very average and not value for money.
