Beautiful video but it’s heartbreaking that the lady who cooked this fantastic feast isn’t on the table. She deserves to eat the food hot more than anyone else. I wish we can modify these rules so that it’s kind to everyone. Reminds me of the movie ‘The Great Indian Kitchen’

I would say antil bhai is one of the greatest anchors in the current RUclips scenario. The kind of calmness, homliness, quirk he brings to the table, can be known by the closing statements of the family, how they were feeling when it was the time to say goodbye. Keep growing.
Rajasthani's are full of culture. Obviously you could say they are rich, but culture is so much rooted in them.
dhokla is love with til ka tel or desi ghee . i am from JODHPUR ...or yaha western rajasthan mein dhokla gheu ( wheat flour ) ka banata hai ( kachori k shape ka ) and we add some herbs too like methi, jeera, ajwaine, dried mind etc in them

Sorry to say, but i did not like the tradition that they follow in their house. It is so backward thinking. If they use modern technology, then why can’t they change their thinking also. 👎
Sasur ji ke saath nahi khana, ye riwaaz Rajashthan se bahar bhi yaha humare Marwadi gharo mein hai. Main pehle toh mummy ko bohot bolta tha ki kya hi ho jaega but ab sochta hu kuch fark toh padne wala nahi bolne se toh bandh kar diya hai bolna. Mujhe na toh iske peeche ka reason janna hai but itna hai ki ye toh aage atleast 2-3 peedhiyo tak chalta jaega.
2-3 peedhi tak nahi chalega, kyuki aap ke man me sawaal uth gaya naa toh at least aap apne ghar ke jab bade banoge toh yeh nahi hone doge. Toh aap tak hi chalegi, jaise mere dada jee tak hi chali. May We break the generational cycle, may we be the change.

Dhokla is made with black eye beans in winter. It's not dry in our region. It's served with soup. It's very tasty.
