When bo lost supply in his capital, his supply hub was completely demolished (probably just through combat) so the hub that was active moved to one that was still working. Just a guess but seems reasonable

How the hell did Bo not get supply for his Capital? I thought that was hardcoded to be a supply hub even if surrounded? Was that a bug or a patch change there?
Change: they made it so that if the capital is cut off from the supply network the supply capital moves elsewhere automatically, to prevent people from encircling the capital and deliberately not taking it to deny supply to everywhere else.
