Gordon should have brought in a bunch of Jamaicans and ask them to judge the food
Gordon puts peas in carbonara, though.
Exactly 😁👍 I come from Polen, polish food is quite simple-despite this- you can prepare this for sooo much ways, and 70 - 80% make this wrong 😜

Apparently Keone works in marketing, as far away from his mother I'm guessing. I heard the Cafe only does catering now too instead of being an actual restaurant anymore?
after all the horrible people i've seen among the owners on the KN, this episode is really heartwarming. Not without it's trauma and the owner stuck in her mistakes, but she really turned out to be a good at heart person and actually loving her son, too. So I'm really happy for them in the end, without the usual sad feel that this all will just come back to what it started as, as soon as Ramsay's team sets their foot out the door.
"I'm not in denial because I'm not in denial"
Well shit. Can't argue with that.
10:20, this moment really hit different, especially when Ramsay said "you're trying to lecture me". People tend to forget that Gordon is far from an average chef. A normal chef is someone who enrols in a culinary apprenticeship for 2-4 years and afterwards starts working. Gordon however, has dedicated his entire life to cooking, gone to dozens of countries and even more villages solely to improve as a chef.

Even putting the restaurant aside she'd achieved more in her first 30 years of life than many will achieve in their entire life. And yet she was still so lacking in self confidence and so afraid of failure. It really goes to show how important those formative years are that a person such as Dr Morris could still be facing that negative impact of losing her mother young so many years later. I hope she continues to do well in life, and I hope Keone has found his passion in life also.
Yep. Compared with the incompetent sociopaths we usually see on RKN, this woman is an incredible human being, whose achievements few of us could ever hope to match. well... my dad still can't eat some of Russian food even after 21 years of marriage with Russian women and that not problem of the food been cooked good its just cause he's American. Not all food can taste bad even if it cooked well, some food tasty only for people who ate that since childhood.

The main reason why I watch Kitchen Nightmares a LOT is so that I can see the character development of the staffs lol It's just so satisfying.
Wonderful to see dr morris turn around, accept the constructive criticism and loose the stress she was under.. a really inspiring woman. I hope she and her son build a successful restaurant. They deserve it
