  • Happy Full ep friday all.
Here's a full episode of a classic moment where not only Gordon calls out owners for using a week-old lasagna and calling it fresh, but also tricking the owners into eating food he pretended to cook.

As a native New Orleanian and former server, I hate how so many people saw Hurricane Katrina as an opportunity to buy their way into New Orleans culture. It was kinda predatory how so many new restaurants popped up or out of town owners purchased existing restaurants. With all of the documentaries about Hurricane Katrina, hopefully someday we’ll get one that focuses on how Hurricane Katrina ushered in one of the most historic gentrifications of the 21st Century.

There are many people who believe the only way to make money is with an "angle", some way to trick the person into paying more than the actual value of the thing they are buying.
