Great ideas, I have been looking at table lathes to turn some tools for clay. I saw some for making cups with one end for the cup and one end for laying the attached bottom to finish sealing it. I can hardly wait to try some of your tools, wooden pieces, to make pots look much better.

I wondered the same thing. Just water? Magic water? Vinegar? Slip always messes things up.
