Hi David - each bowl here is 1.5# but you can use these altering techniques on any size bowl you make.
How do you suggest trimming the foot when the rims are altered like this?
Love watching you throw. I always feel like I should be able to just go do the same thing....not! Thanks.

What's the best oven?
Electric or gas?
Thank you !!
Do you mean kiln?
I'll like to find that out my self I'm new to pottery but obsessed already!
you came to my school once :D
How much clay did you use to make the bowls Bill?
Any Subitutions For The 2 by 2
I have made a number of these patterns. These sit well upside down for trimming the bottom. Be careful when pushing your clay to hold the pot in place so you don't alter the rim.
Anybody see how quick he centered and pulled that first one 👀👀👀👀👀
bout how much clay are you using? Pound? Pound and a half?
I'm only now beginning to understand how busy the left hand has to be. I've been using it almost as an afterthought.
okay, and 4!
"and im gonna stroke my fingertips along the rim"
This might be a great video if it were more clear and didn't keep buffering.
