WOW not sure how I missed this one. It is one of my all time favorites! Very different than other swipes or straight pours. More risky than usual and the risks sure paid BIG.
I was about to cry when I saw u pouring over that swipe but it turned out fabulous!
I don’t know how I missed this one, but I glad I found it. This is a tutorial in enhancing and fixing little things. Lots of those switching things points had some good areas, but I love seeing your process of making your piece what you want it to be. You ended up with a unique look that I haven’t seen you do. LOVE IT ALL!

Oh my goodness! You have beautiful paintings Cathleen! You just change things around with such ease, but this has to be one of my very favorites now, if not my most favorite. It looks like an aerial view of parts of the earth or, as you say, a magnificent lagoon and the black and blue and every other color you used just makes this so rich. I LOVE IT! Gosh, if I could come up with something half this good, I would be so happy! I am a HUGE fan of turquoise, gold and copper.

I Can't believe iv'e never seen this one before. Your poor hands did look so red and cold. I loved the swipe but i didn't like the line of blue left in the middle. Now, the ring pour. WOW. That really does remind me of a picture of the earth that we sometimes get to see from satellites or space stations. Just beautiful. Well done Cathleen. Thanks so much for sharing your art. Shirley. Wow-Looks like the ocean coming in after a cloud. Cathleen! 💕 The first swipe looked like a waterfall. One view looked like the ocean at the foot of the mountain.

Found another gem!!! I liked the swipe when you tilted it before the cup pour! But then - another brilliant outcome. Very organic - and geographic. Will search your earlier posts again tomorrow. That was the best ring pour composition I have ever seen. Absolutely phenomenal. Although I must admit, I am a swipe fan. But you knocked it out right out of the park with this one.

After changing directions, I am in wow, I love it... The other swipe, the starting point, it was very basic for your style, when you are a master at swiping beautiful compositions... I adore this pice, wanting to have a go at it!

What I think really works here is how the Interference gold ended up brightening the center of the painting - it glows!
Tamison I have to use the interference gold more. Kinda forgot about it 😊
