    The fluid acrylics VS the heavy body acrylics and how you mix the two together was very informative.
    So happy to see this technique. One of my favorites.
    Yes , I have watched most of Courtney’s videos to the point of obsessing to get the same paper towels she uses.

For now its oke for this long tutorials, bur probably you cant keep up with that for weeks and months to go. Wow, you've only been painting for about a year!?! Impressive! I had assumed you'd been a lifetime painting artist. You are a natural instructor. I have only been painting since mid Nov 2019, about the same time as this video was published. My learning curve is very steep. I watch Sarah Mack for Galaxy and Straight pours, Molly's Artistry for Dutch pours and Ring pours and you are my 'Go To Gal' for my swipe technique learning. 😏

That will certainly solve my wonky edges problems as well as between the swipes gaps!!! Brilliant. Keep talking as much as you are. I recently just started and I love it. I love your swipes so much. If I don't have the exact golden fluid color can I use a tube paint around the same and add a small amount of gloss gel medium or iridescent gel medium to the color and then add the usual medium as well. . For a beginner I have a ton of of paints but I may not have iridescent copper but I have copper and the gel.. I thank you so very much for what you do.. I've learned so much about consistency from you and others like you... Thank You

    • @COZCreationsArt
      @COZCreationsArt  7 месяцев назад +1

      Yes you can use any paint. The key is the consistency. Tube paints are thicker than fluid paints. You will most certainly need to add water to thin them down. My swiping consistency is very very thin.

    Hi Cathleen! I’m so glad that you and Courtney have crossed paths and that this meeting has resulted in you beginning you own channel. Between the two of you I feel like I’m finally at home with the kind of art I like to do. Thank you for the incredible video and all the detailed explanations. Could you estimate the amount of paint you use to the ratios you gave of Floetrol and GAC 800. I’m sure it varies with the different brands of paint used but an estimate would be helpful. 😄👏💖

    • @cathleenozmore6124
      @cathleenozmore6124 4 года назад +1

      Miriam thanks so much for being here as well as your kind words. My paint to pouring medium is about 50/50. That’s how I start. A good rule of thumb for me is after I place my paint in the cup, I cover it with my PM. Then I stir stir and check the consistency. Warm honey pouring off a spoon. At this point I add more PM and sometimes a little water to the heavier body paints if needed. I hope that helps. Happy Painting to you 😊🎨
