Alan and Warren are seriously talented, balanced guys with terrific initiative. The investors have sure done a stellar job picking the right guys for the job. I mean, why not hire a diver to run a mining operation? Hire a “pump expert” to maintain things, that does nothing to maintain them. Lol.

Don't have weight belts? As a diver, one major point of a proper weight belt is a quick release safety isn't it? Using chains you cannot release when drowning is a massive danger! Most of these I don't recall then even using oxygen tanks. Just swimming masks. Teaching the guy(Simon?) To "dive" using unsafe methods is going to get him killed. This show makes me angry yet I can't stop watching it
It is amazing how little research into mining methods these guys have undertaken. Additionally, have the sought out to find guys with personality defects deliberately to make a dramatic environment in which to film or are they just ignorant about this aspect of people management.
This master pump builder doesn't even know when one of his pump or hose clogs. Claims all he does is build pumps and then is not taking any direction from anyone else and he is doing exactly what they're telling him not to do, he's throwing their diamonds in the garbage. Hire me seriously
