My Husband's favourite breakfast that makes the Neighbours Jealous. Ready in 10minutes

It will make the Neighbours Jealous! Instead of boring sandwich
INGREDIENTS
For the DOUGH
Flour 480g
Yeast 1 tbs
Salt a pinch
Warm milk ½ cup (125ml
Warm water ½ cup (125ml
1 egg (small size)
Butter 40g
Sugar ⅓ cup
Cardamon powder ½ tsp
Ginger powder ½ tsp
Mayonnaise ½ tbs (for brushing the dough)
FOR THE FILLINGS
½ cup chopped carrot
½ cup chopped spring onions
½ cup chopped Onion
½ cup chopped bell pepper
2 hard Eggs
Salt a pinch
Mayonnaise 2 tbs (for mixing the vegetables)
