      ​@@LadyCkitchenThanks so much LadyC for your quick response. Nevertheless, I will also want asked,,,, (1) Can't the taste/smell of the alcohol be felt in the finished baked product? If No, Then, what is the quantity of alcohol to be added. Let's say to 5cups of flour?. (2) What also is the quantity of lemon juice to be added to about same measure of 5cups of flour?. Thank you.

      @NkeirukaPrisca 1 tbs for either alcohol or lemon juice for 5 cups of flour. No the taste of alcohol won't alter the taste expect when added too much. Remembe some cakes contains alcohol but u won't notice it, For alcohol use 501 or squadron.
