🍞 INGREDIENTS
Instant yeast 1½ tbs
⅓ cup sugar (can add more if wishes)
Warm water 300ml
Milk flavour 2 tbs
Tumeric powder ½ tsp
Ginger powder ½ tsp
Cloves powder ½ tsp
Pinch of salt
Soft Butter 40g
Flour 4 cups
Oil for frying
Can also bake the oven @ 180C/ 350F for 20 - 25 minutes, depending on your oven.
Enjoy with as a snack, food, appetiser or dessert. kids friendly ✅️

@danieljoy574 baking time varies depending on one onces oven, if you're baking 20 to 25minutes should get it done, ÿes it can last for 5 days in the refrigerator with constant electricity (cover very well) 48hours without refrigerator (cover very well)

Yes you can use baking powder but the texture won't be the same, 1 tbs is ok, your dough shouldn't be too hard. Please give me a feedback when you do
