you've done a very good job, thumb up, but as an African woman, you should display more about how to mould your in an African way as this is my favorite part.
Thanks for the video but when j teied this, my fufu came out very soft like pap, it wasnt elastic at all. You cant even mold it. I wonder what i did wrong, is there any advise you can give to correct that?
Are you saying that one does not need to boil some water, pour the cassava that is strained inside? How can one just pour the cassava inside the white cotton cloth and one starts stirring?
As far as making fufu is concerned, there are so many methods by different African tribes, but this is how we prepare it here, we use the method you are talking about to prepare cassava dough. Thanks for watching!

Madame c'est une très bonne recette, merci. Je voudrais savoir combien de temps le manioc doit faire dans l'eau avant de faire le fufu
Between 3 to 4 days
estás de parabéns, mas nós em Angola fizemos o funge de bombó, com fuba seca, em pó.
We do eat fufu made with cornmeal as well.
mas gostei desde método também.
Thanks

Hi do you have to ferment it before you make it, or can you just boil it after you peel and wash it?
check this out ruclips.net/video/w1D9YutA4DM/видео.html
Please can I change the water on a daily bases while soaking the cassava for that 3days?
No, you don't need to change the water, just cover it and leave it to ferment.
Well.....thank God the blenders were invented
Very good fufu. Can you or someone explain why it has to put a way in water for 3 days? WHY???
That's for fermentation, either you do that way or blend it immediately after peeling, but the fermented one is better
