INGREDIENTS
2 middium size bananas 🍌
Flour 4 cups
1 egg
1½ tbs instant yeast
Warm milk 200ml
Sugar ⅓ cup
¼ tsp Ginger powder
3 tbs melted butter
Pinch of salt
Oil for frying or can bake in the oven
