INGREDIENTS:
For the fillings:
2 tbs oil
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
½ cup chopped Onion (or a handful
½ cup chopped bell pepper (or a handful
1 cup shredded carrots
½ tsp all purpose spice (use any
½ tsp white pepper
½ tsp curry masala
¼ tsp buillion powder
¼ tsp salt
1 cup chopped sweet potato (250ml cup)
1 glass water 300ml
1 cup deboned Mackrell fish (250ml cup)
1 cup choppped onions (250ml cup)
2 tbs corn starch
4 tbs water (to dissolve corn starch )
FOR THE DOUGH
5 cups all purpose flour 600g
1 tsp Baking powder
¼ tsp cardamon powder
2 tbs milk flavour
1 tbs magerine
300ml water
Oil for frying.
