Yup. I was a life-long supporter of the Republican party. I started voting ever since I first became eligible (Bush Sr.'s 2nd term), and all the way until 2012. But 2016 is a different beast. I was a fan of Trump's TV show, where I even forced my employees to watch it as a "homework". Fairly certain that broke all sorts of labor laws... Thank God they enjoyed it too. Unfortunately, Trump, as a presidential candidate, absolutely scared me. I tried every possible way to see things from his angle, but he's just too crazy to put in the White House. So, with much sadness as a hardened Republican (who even voted for Bush Jr. in BOTH elections!), I have decided to vote Dems this year. Hillary is more than just the lesser of two evils... She's actually got the necessary experience and knowledge to run this country! She's a lawyer who's well versed in constitutional laws and graduated from an Ivy League school, worked on helping people for DECADES and polished her skills in the Senate and as a Secretary of State. If Trump wants to run this country, he really should start somewhere reasonable and get experience first. Perhaps as Mayor of NY, and then on to the Senate first? The job of our president is not meant for a complete political novice. Go and Google Reagan. He's our last entertainer based president, and he was a great one. But look at how much time he prepared himself politically and served as a governor!!
