    I know that the ancient elves blamed their shortened lives on the humans, but wasn't the real cause Solas putting up the Veil? Just wondering if my time line is off.

      Yeah, in Trespasser Solas states that it was a consequence of the Veil. I believe he says 'it was not the arrival of humans that caused us to begin aging; it was me.'
