Diagnosing Daikin E1 Error

In this video I diagnose what part is faulty on a Daikin Air Conditioner that is displaying an E1 Fault Code. The faulty component ended up being an Outdoor Printed Circuit Board (PCB). I have quoted the real estate agency for the repairs and also to replace the unit as it is rusting out so I will see what they come back with.

Thanks mate. This unit is a 7kW unit. On Cooling it can ramp down to 2kW and ramp up to 8.9kW. On Heating it can ramp down to 2kW and ramp up to 10.8kW. You can find out what the inverter frequency is whilst it is running using the Daikin service tool.

the proper r410 ones from panasonic run down to 18hz if conditions are right.
