Here are some things to remember, caramel is hot, so be careful, always temper your chocolate and don't be lazy, a nice decoration takes time but is so worth it

You are right, people need to be aware of the dangers instead of blindly watching these and not thinking about the dangers most of them have
I did the caramel hazelnut with the towering spike and the caramel "tumbleweed" in school. (I studied baking and pastry arts 😍🤩)
I did my own version of the design at 8:27 - imprinted then baked, then dipped in white chocolate before added flower outlines in tinted white chocolate, they looked great!
Normally I don’t like caramel but now I really want Caramel lol. Love these recipes and ideas.

@@Liza144 its obviously fake. caramel doesnt react like that when on plastic wrap, especially if its freshly hot and ready to cool, and ESPECIALLY not when its being pressed by a cutter on the wrap. it would obviously burn a hole and itll just be a mess.
