This is absolutely an improvement!!! A peach and definitely not a nectarine! Though one itsy bitsy suggestion I could give to make the peach even BETTER when cut in half (if you ever redo this again) is to add the lil fruit bits to the seed in the middle! I've rarely seen a peach be cut in half and have the seed be perfectly clean with no fruit bits attached to it!
