    GROCERY LIST 🛒
    1 Kings Hawaiian Rolls 12pack (cut into cubes)
    6 Tablespoons of butter (divided)
    2 cups of milk (divided)
    2 cups of half and half cream (divided)
    1 cup of brown sugar (divided)
    1/2 cup of cane sugar
    1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract
    Pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
    3 eggs
    1/4 cup of chopped pecans and raisins (optional)
    1/4 Teaspoon of salt
    2 Tablespoons of flour
    1/4 cup of Grand Marnier or Bourbon
    Powder sugar (optional)
    Vanilla Ice Cream - serve with (optional)
    INSTRUCTIONS:
    Cut rolls into cube shaped and bake on 250 degrees for 10 minutes to make bread stale. You can also substitute King Hawaiian rolls for Brioche Bread. Next prepare custard. On low heat melt 3 tablespoons of butter in sauce pan. Add one cup of milk, one cup of half and half cream, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of cane sugar, one tablespoon of vanilla extract, pinch of ground cinnamon and nutmeg, and three eggs. Whisk all ingredients throughly. Then add in 1/4 cup of chopped pecans and raisins (optional), and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Add cubed bread into a greased glass baking dish and pour custard all over bread evenly. Place in oven on 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Next prepare Grand Marnier Vanilla Sauce. On low heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter, add 2 tablespoons of flour, and whisk. Slowly pour in one cup of half and half cream, one cup of milk, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, pinch of ground cinnamon and nutmeg, and 1/4 cup or more of Grand Marnier or Bourbon. Whisk until sauce thickened and set aside until bread pudding is ready. Remove Bread pudding from oven and sprinkle powder sugar on top Then drizzle vanilla sauce all over bread pudding. Serves with some vanilla ice cream and ENJOY!!
