Reallly nice job...The texture was right on the money& the same for the Custurd Topping...But i have to admit to liking the idea of baking& using a ' Bain Marie' (Baking in a Water Bath prevents drying out) ..But each to their own!
@@candythaglamcook But I really liked ur finished product& I think ur right about the condensed Milk( I've also used Carnation Milk) and for me,I usually dice a Apple or I've experimented with some Jam( u have to try different things) But the Water Bath,with foil for 20 to 30mins def works& then bake for another 10 to 15mins(minus the foil) But as u know this depends on ur oven!..But that was a very tasty Bread Pudding u created,great job!

I'm quite sure that this will be a fantastic recipe bute I have a suggestion and a comment if you din't mind. It would have been better (particularly for people like me who have little or no clue about cookery, but I do dabble in it off and on) if you called out each ingredient when you added it at every stage. Besides, you missed out the Clove Powder in your list of ingredients. I'm very keen on trying out this recipe. Will let you know how it turned out when I do. Ciao

Candy, to much eggs what about some one who don't eat eggs or allergic to eggs?
I don't know if it can be done without the eggs I've never tried it without them before.
Substitute the egg replacer you would use in any other recipe. If you are allergic to eggs , you should already know all the substitutions.
You didn't add sugar
Because I used sweetened condensed milk that replaced the sugar you can add sugar if you like.
