A really rare encounter is the little girl and the Sentry Bot. She is a trader, but doesn't have much in the way of goods. The sentry bot is super protective. Watching them gives off Bioshock vibes.
Funniest thing about this is him saying "but your timing's impeccable" implies that this is a well known catch phrase of Preston's that he's using in his impression. Makes you wonder exactly how famous Preston is in the Commonwealth!

For the Mr. Gutsy encounter, you can also just be rude and tell him off. He'll recognize this as standard American behavior and let you go on your way 😂

Technically since she was important she temporarily sat down, and then she got ashified, did get the key and imma get headed to the plane since I never knew about this
I ran into the Mister Gutsy one unexpectedly on my most recent new game. I was on my way to Diamond City and just found Trashcan Carla stopped by the road. Had a chat with her, did some shopping. The second I left conversation with her right there was the Mister Gutsy behind me. Caught me by surprise I backed up just to turn it hostile because I accidentally left the forced dialogue. Was a challenging fight at such a low level.
I wondered upon the plane at the end on accident at level 3 and all the raiders were fighting a Mr. Gutsy, I couldn’t beat the robot after multiple attempts lol he would kill me in 3 shots of his automatic laser gun not much I could do

I remember when I first encountered raiders on the bridge trying to shake me down for my caps. I got lucky and managed to critical hit each one with the magnum and they each violently exploded.
The second clip is even funnier if you get the encounter at a low level, because he initially asks for 150, fist check gets to 100, second goes down to 50, and if your character has the charisma to pass the third check that early he'll straight up just say you aren't worth the effort and tell you to get lost
Not sure if I’ve ever done that rare quest. And I’ve had maybe nine playthroughs. Man, I love Fallout 4. Truly my home for gaming. I always go back to it and find new ways to enjoy it.

Are you sure you are the real Preston?
Tbh power armor should give u a threatening boost or charisma entirely 1. If someone in power armor is threatening you, wtf are ypu gonna do? 2. If someone in powder armor is showing mercy or being nice, be very greatful they are like that.

That secret compartment is always there and is the earliest you can get a Gauss rifle. I didn’t know there was a quest or random encounter tied to it.
