Paris is definitely on my list to travel! the food looked so good lol . I want to start solo traveling! Everybody ik doesn’t want to travel I’m like omg it’s so much more out there in life I’m about to start traveling by myself 😭
I loved the culture. I didn't care for the food nor some of the people, but I did enjoy the Parisian lifestyle. I speak French and that made things a bit better.
Yay I lived in Chicago suburbs for almost 12 years but moved to California. I’m also going this December to Paris for two nights and checking all these Paris in December vlogs
After I left, you were there. I was in Paris in November and I understand how you feel about Champs Elysées. It was always crowded, no matter what time I was there. Paris was a meh experience for me. I was not aware of the exchange rate - the Euro is higher than the dollar, which messed me up big time. The weather was extremely cold. Unlike USA cold. The cold felt like needles. And it rained a lot. The worst thing that happened was that I got Covid while in Paris. It could have been or I probably caught the flu due to the horrible weather. I still went out and did my thing, but it was not enjoyable. I also spent two days in London and had a much better experience shopping at Harrods, despite it being a little racist. Fun fact: I know the former owner of Harrods. I regret not mentioning it when they were being racist. I am planning another trip to Paris, but this will be in the Spring/Summer season.
I thought the ambiance was nice, and the food was okay! I really liked the hotel because it's so close to the train. It's about a 15-20 minute ride to most key places
I'll be honest, I don't have restaurant recommendations because I wasn't a big fan of most places I ate at😓. I'd say the best meals I had were at Vaudeville and Gigi!
It seems like this vlogger doesn’t know much about food and drink based on where she went and what she ordered. If you need recommendations, our team can give them to you.
