In this video I will show you what I ate, did and wore in Paris in December.
My sister and I only spent 3 days in Paris, but managed to see A LOT of things. We did some Christmas activities, visited museums and ate lots of good food and strolled around the city.
I hope that this video will give you some inspiration for your trip to Paris and/or will make you feel like you where there with us and get you into the Christmas spirit!

Loved your video, so excited as going for 3 days early December. What methods of transport around the city would you recommend please ?
I would recommend walking as much as possible and taking the metro. The tickets are very cheap and it’s much faster than an uber/taxi!

Great video! How is the district? I saw it was 9th district where is located Joel M Hotel.
To be honest I don't remember that well! The district definitely had a lot of restaurants which was nice, but we rarely spent time in our district because so many things were super close to us, like montmartre, the louvre, the galeries lafayette, etc. So location wise it was definitely super nice!!
My wife states that I need a thick heavy jacket for trip to Paris in December but I feel like I'm going to be sweating a ton underneath 😅 especially with all the walking? Do you agree??
I would either layer thick and warm sweaters with a lighter jacket or take a thick heavy jacket with you but wear lighter clothes underneath :)

If you have a warm winter jacket, you'll be fine! It wasn't too cold. Don't remember the exact temperatures tho :)

I do think it's safe to travel solo when you stay in the "safe" areas. The public transport made it very easy to get to places and we also walked a lott
I would advise you to be aware of your surrounding tho, since Paris is known for pickpockets.

I mostly layered a long sleeve top, with a wool sweater and wool coat on top :)

I turn 25 in December and always thought a trip to Paris would be a magical time to go around then. My only apprehension is the weather as I know it’s a rainy time of year. Did that affect your trip at all?
When we went it didn’t rain, but even if it does I would highly recommend to go to museums, sit in cafés, etc. Paris has a lot of nice indoor activities and it barely rains for a full day, so you will definitely still have a great time :)
@@lifebycila Love it, I just made my mind, going to a River Cruise Dec 12 to Dec 19 ending in Amsterdam and will look into flying to Paris and staying for few days before coming back home, wanting to experience all, so
